1. The two ways to work with Xlevate

Xlevate offers two paths to get your website, AI chatbot, smart forms, and instant lead notifications built and running: a Monthly Plan ($50/mo plus a $250 one-time implementation fee) and a One-Time Build ($1,999 flat). These Terms explain what's included in each, how billing and cancellation work, and who owns what.

2. Monthly Plan — term, billing & what's included

The Monthly Plan is more than a payment schedule: for as long as it's active, Xlevate personally maintains and continues working on your website so you don't have to manage it yourself. This includes hosting and your domain — both are included at no extra cost while the plan is active.

• Minimum term: 6 months from the start date. After the initial 6 months, the plan renews automatically month-to-month.
• Cancellation: You may cancel after the minimum term. Once canceled, Xlevate stops providing service entirely — including hosting, the domain, maintenance, and any further updates or support for the site.
• What's included: website hosting, your domain, ongoing maintenance and updates, the AI chatbot, the smart web form, and instant lead notifications.

3. One-Time Build — delivery & ownership

The One-Time Build is a single $1,999 payment. You own the finished site outright, with no recurring bill and no ongoing obligation to Xlevate.

• Delivery: your completed website is delivered to you as a zip file, ready to deploy.
• Domain & hosting: not included. You are responsible for purchasing your own domain and hosting, and for deploying the delivered site.
• Support: the one-time build does not include ongoing maintenance, updates, or support after delivery.

4. What's not included on either plan

SEO (search engine optimization) and ad management are not included on either the Monthly Plan or the One-Time Build, and are not currently offered as a paid add-on. Both plans include the website build, AI chatbot, smart web form, and instant lead notifications as described on the Pricing page.

5. Logo add-on

Logo design is available as an optional $100 one-time add-on to either plan, and includes two design iterations built to match your site's style.

6. Changes to these terms

Xlevate may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Monthly Plan after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you have questions about your specific plan or agreement, contact us directly.
